Unfortunately, Lebanese decision makers dont learn from history. Not far away back, Lebanon received the Palestinian exodus and ill-managed it with prejudice and half-baked policies. The same happens again. Neither did the Lebanese understand and take advantage of the regional changes in the 60s, and nor do they do today.
